Upload PMI Data

Taxonomy:
FMP is specially designed to searching whole pre-assigned taxonomy database. Please select the correct taxonomy database for your pmi file. Please select Human database for demo pmi file spf27_human.pmi.

Mass Modifications :
Default fixed modification(Carbamidomethyl(c)) and variable modification(Oxidation(M)) are list in the left box respectively. Other Frequentmass modifications are listed in the right box.Select the item you want to move and click releative button to add or delet between the two boxes. The items listed in the left boxes will be assigned as the mass modifications.

Other Searching Parameters:
A set of other optional and interactive parameters searching parameters is spported for current version FMP web server.

PMI File:
FMP is set up to handle peptide mass and its intensity together. This website only receive file with suffix ”°.pmi”±. Please click here to learn the definite PMI file format.

Run Sample:
Please click button named as "run sample" to use demo PMI file spf27_human.pmi to demonstrate how to use FMP web server.

Click button"submit sample" to submit demo PMI file spf27_human.pmi to the serve automatically.

 

Process Status

After submit pmi file successfully! , the web server will display a process status page like this:

Result

A general report will be shown at the end of the process.User can click green hyperlink to view detailed process result. Click button to save the page URL or add it to user's own favorites.

The table below shows the name and mass of predicted target proteins. Each target protein has its own Predicted labels, Probability predicted labels ,Positive probability and Negative probability.
Click green hyperlink of each protein ID to view its detailed information from uniprot website.

The detailed result page shows all the candidate proteins and their prediction and statistics information. Predicted target protein(s) got Pred.Labels 1 will be outstanded by red character.

Click green [+] button to view the detailed matching information of each candidate proteins.
